Cancellation Policy

We ask that appointments be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee.

Direct Billing

If you have private medical insurance, NL Counselling may be able to bill your insurer directly, depending on the terms of your plan. By providing your insurance company name along with your group and ID numbers, we can complete a pre-determination of benefits.

If you are accessing services through an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for which NL Counselling is a contracted provider, billing will follow the terms of that agreement.
