Are you feeling angry, overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted? Maybe you’re snapping, shutting down, or overthinking while stress never lets up. If your nervous system has been in survival mode, your reactions make sense and therapy can help.
Feeling stuck in your career? I support professionals and leaders in managing stress, navigating demanding work environments, and creating a healthier work–life balance. Together, we slow things down, build insight, and develop practical tools so you can communicate more effectively, reconnect, and move toward a life aligned with your values.
You might be coming to therapy because your anger feels bigger than the situation, you feel burnt out or constantly “on edge,” or you’re caught in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, conflict, or shutdown. You may also feel overwhelmed by workplace stress, family dynamics, or relationships.
I offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where your experiences are heard, your strengths are recognized, and your growth is supported. You don’t have to do this alone. Reach out, schedule a consultation or book a session.
I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor with a Master of Counselling Psychology and over 25 years in education, with additional experience at the John Howard Society. I support clients experiencing anger, grief and loss, suicidal ideation, anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, domestic violence, life transitions, and family dynamics such as separation, divorce, and blended families. I also work with families, supporting parents raising children who have diagnosed developmental and behavioural needs (Autism, ADHD, ODD).
My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I integrate CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness to help you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with yourself and others, and move toward a more balanced, intentional, and meaningful life.
Outside of my practice, I value connection, community, creativity, spirituality, and time in nature; elements I often encourage clients to incorporate into their own healing and self-care.
